Located on the 3rd floor of Bush House above the Arnolfini in the centre of Bristol, our workspace offers views of the city and the historic harbourside.
We’re a small, friendly team at Hub Bristol and pride ourselves on a warm welcome and a consistently great atmosphere. You may choose to book the event space for a workshop, use the board room for a company 'away' day, or simply book a meeting room for an interview or team meeting.
All our rooms and the event space are fully accessible.

Event Space
This spectacular large space is ideal for conferences and large events both during the week and at weekends.
- Accommodates up to 150 people and has views of the wonderful harbourside.
- Can be set up in any number of ways, with tables that can be moved around and sofas for break-out time.
- Your booking includes a host if you require assistance, tea and coffee, flip charts and markers for presentations.
- Wireless access is available free of charge upon request.
- A projector and screen is included, if required.
- A small platform stage is in situ.
Large Meeting Room
The large meeting room boasts two arched windows allowing plenty of natural light and spectacular views. The blinds can be drawn as necessary for presentations. This room can be booked any weekday.
- The room can be set up how you choose, and can seat up to 40 people.
- Flipcharts and markers are readily available for your meeting.
- Wireless access is available free of charge upon request.
Medium Meeting Rooms
Our large meeting room can be split to form two medium sized rooms with a sound proof partition. Each room retains an arched window with blinds. These rooms can be booked any weekday.
- The room can be set up how you choose, seating up to 15 people lecture style.
- Flipcharts and markers are readily available for your meeting.
- Wireless access is available free of charge upon request.
Small Meeting Room
Our small meeting room is ideal for interviews, 1:1s and small meetings. This room can be booked any weekday.
- The room accommodates up to 6 people around a table with plenty of room for a flipchart.
- Wireless access is available free of charge upon request.
How To Book

You can order lunch with a host for your meeting, choosing from a wholesome selection of sandwiches, drinks and fruit. Please ask us for sample menus and let us know your requirements in advance.Alternatively, you can pop downstairs to the Arnolfini for a light bite in the gallery cafe, take a stroll up to St. Nick's market on a Wednesday to sample the local farmer's market, or walk two minutes across the foot bridge to Bordeaux Quay for an organic lunch.
